Finally have the time to write a post again! I am currently in the car driving to Newport for my 2012 Family vacation! (I wrote this last Saturday, but have been having some technical difficulties and no wi-fi on vacation, yes it was torture…so here I am FINALLY!) Don’t worry folks I am not the one driving! Passenger at the moment while the broski takes the wheel for the second half of the trip!
In the midst of scrambling to finish laundry, pack everything, get my spin playlist ready for this morning, and work, I was able to get out and go for a run yesterday. Not the best run of all time due to the fact that I left my iPod at work (and NO, not having your iPod is NOT an excuse to skip a workout!).
After a nice (and unfortunately quiet) 3 mile run I did a quick leg and ab workout. As we all know everyone has their “problem” area, or whatever you’d like to call it. I n call my legs a “problem”, but they are just so short and stubby (thank you mama bear!) that no matter what my weight, I feel they need some extra work.
Here is what I like to call a BAT (butt, abs, and thighs) workout!
Enjoy!
